Works With
Areas of focus
I provide a calm, supportive space where couples can slow down, talk honestly, and truly hear one another again. In my work, I’ve learned that most partners aren’t fighting each other, they’re fighting to feel understood. My role is to help uncover the emotions beneath the surface and gently untangle the patterns that make communication feel hard or disconnected.
My style is warm, steady, and curious. I blend faith-informed wisdom with evidence-based practices, but most importantly, I create a space where honesty feels safe and judgment has no place. Couples from all backgrounds are welcome here, and I meet you exactly where you are.
A meaningful part of my approach includes exploring the family you grew up in, your first experience of love, conflict, communication, and emotional safety. These early experiences often become the quiet patterns we carry into adulthood. They shape how we respond, how we reach for closeness, how we protect ourselves, and how we show love. When partners begin to understand these roots, their reactions and needs start to make sense in a new way.
Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, healing after a rupture, or simply wanting to communicate more clearly, I walk alongside you with compassion and intentional guidance. Together, we work toward clarity, closeness, and a relationship that feels nurturing for both of you.
My hope is that from the moment you step into the space with me, you feel welcomed—seen, understood, and supported as you do the courageous work of building connection again.
